Durham Technical Community College’s Dr. Charles Sanders President’s Lecture
Best-selling science writer Mary Roach appearing at Durham’s Carolina Theatre April 13
New York Times best-selling author Mary Roach will appear at The Carolina Theatre in Durham, Sunday, April 13, at 7 p.m. in a conversation with Frank Stasio, host of WUNC’s “The State of Things.”
Roach is the prolific and critically acclaimed author of books that tackle the taboo, including: “Gulp: Adventures on the Alimentary Canal,” “Spook: Science Tackles the Afterlife,” “Bonk: The Curious Coupling of Sex and Science,” and several others.

Box office hours are Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.; the box office also opens one hour before showtime.
