Global Technology Innovator Itron Joins Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster Board
Research Triangle Region, N.C. (December 16, 2013) – Global technology innovator Itron Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) has joined the board of the Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster (RTCC), the initiative of business, government, academic and nonprofit leaders working to accelerate the region’s cleantech economy.

Itron joins 11 founding industry board members who fund and steer the work of the RTCC. The company already contributes to the region’s economy through its software development group located in Raleigh and its partnership with energy companies that operate in and serve the region.
