HENDERSON, N.C. -- Vance County now has a new online tool to market the county to corporate site selectors, site selection consultants and business owners. The site is designed to be easy to navigate, user friendly and highly informative.
This new Henderson-Vance County Economic Development Commission (EDC) Web site, www.vancecountyedc.com, puts a new-and-improved look on our web marketing efforts and offers expanded resources for prospective businesses as well as for local companies and entrepreneurs, says EDC Director, Stuart Litvin.
“Vance County’s central East Coast location with eight interchanges on I-85 and on US 1 is within one hour's drive of Research Triangle Park, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and three major research universities makes us an ideal location for advanced manufacturing, technology and logistics/distribution companies, small business, professional and health related services, as well as retail opportunities,” Litvin says. “Our new Web site is designed to showcase to companies seeking new locations the many unique advantages that makes Vance County the perfect choice.”
