Site Selection magazine’s March 2004 issue recognized Henderson
among the top 10 of U.S. small towns (pop. 10,000-50,000) with the most

Chatham County Economic Development Corp.’s new Web site is packed

CEOs Bill Atkins and Jim Roberson will head the Greater Raleigh Chamber

Sky In-Flight TV crews filmed key regional technology features March 25
for a 30-minute in-flight TV show that will showcase the region for two
million viewers in May.

consultants who help businesses around the world make relocation decisions.

Progress Energy’s $400 million expansion in Person County, creating
300 new jobs, is among the $484 million in investment and 715 new jobs
announced in the region during the fourth quarter of 2003.

State in the nation. It was one of many recent accolades for the Research
Triangle Region.
