Debbie Lilly, CEcD

Debbie Lilly is a nationally certified economic developer with experience promoting economic development in the Research Triangle Region.

Ms. Lilly joined the Research Triangle Regional Partnership in January 1997 and is currently vice president of business development. Previously, she served five years as vice president of the Moore County Economic Development Corporation.

Ms. Lilly is an active member of several professional organizations, including the N.C Economic Developers Association, the International Economic Development Council and the Southern Economic Development Council.

Raised in Pinebluff, North Carolina, she received her associates degree from Sandhills Community College, her bachelors degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.

Ms. Lilly has two children and four grandchildren. Lilly currently lives in Raleigh.
