Cindy Whitehead

CEO + Founder, The Pink Ceiling

Cindy Whitehead is the entrepreneur who created The Pink Ceiling, an investment firm, incubator and consulting enterprise with a mission to mentor, invest in, launch and build other women-led or focused businesses. Prior to The Pink Ceiling, she co-founded and served as the last CEO of Sprout Pharmaceuticals, headquartered in the Research Triangle region, which created the first FDA-approved drug for low sexual desire in women. Cindy will share first- hand insight on what makes the Research Triangle region unique for life science companies looking to locate their headquarters and facilities in an area that allows for growth and expansion.
