Pathway offers two time saving options which can shorten occupancy timeframes by 8-24 months.

With Pathway, all the time-consuming up-front work is done. Tenants can select either speculatively constructed base building packages or fully permitted, shovel-ready pad sites.

Pathway is strategically located along the well-established Rt. 2 Life Science Corridor. It offers both speculatively constructed and fully permitted shovel ready build to suit biomanufacturing opportunities.  The site comprises five buildings totaling up to 750,000 SF and is supported by robust water, sewer, and electric infrastructure.
