Developer unveils plans for Raleigh Crossing, a mixed-use downtown development
Date Published:The Fallon Company has released renderings of its planned Raleigh Crossing development on Hillsborough Street downtown. When finished, Raleigh Crossing is expected to include commercial space and apartments, as well as retail shops and a 165-room hotel. The company expects to break ground in September on the office tower, which will feature a fitness center and some retail.
The project is expected to begin with an office tower at 301 Hillsborough Street with 280,000 square feet of space.
When finished, Raleigh Crossing is expected to include office space, apartments, retail shops and a hotel.
One of the features of Raleigh Crossing will be an outdoor terrace.
