Raleigh-based GroundTruth Ag raises new funds for soil testing platform

RALEIGH – GroudTruth Ag, a startup developing a platform for real-time soil composition testing and compaction evaluation, has raised more than $600,000 of a $2 million equity offering, according to a regulatory filing.

According to the filing, four investors so far contributed slightly more than $642,000 in new equity.

Lars Dyrud and Todd Martin are listed as executives.

Founded in 2018, the company raised $860,000 in December of that year.

It’s website was under construction at the time of this writing.
