The Roxboro at Venable, a 211,000 sf eight-story Class-A office and Life Sciences building, is situated within a revitalized warehouse district, once used for tobacco storage in the early 1900s. Reflecting the historic context, the building features a punched masonry expression and dark window mullions. Its Northern façade is designed to reflect train noise while generous punched openings allowing for city views, honoring its downtown setting. In contrast, its Southern façade, clad in glass, opens to the inner courtyard and connects to the rest of the Venable Center campus. The building is part of a larger mixed-use project expansion with 200 apartments and covered parking immediately adjacent to the office.
