As Operations Manager of RTRP, Louise Warenda’s primary focus is on daily operations and event planning. Louise manages RTRP’s administrative efforts by organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. A large part of this includes handling the organizations’ accounting and yearly operating budget.
Louise also assists in the planning, preparation, and execution of events sponsored and held by RTRP. And, it’s her role to assist in the development of marketing and communications materials, especially as it relates to county members.
Prior to contributing to the success of RTRP, Louise was the Office Manager and Assistant to the CEO of Capstrat, one of Raleigh’s most successful marketing companies, for a decade. Louise worked closely with the Executive Committee executing internal initiatives, coordinating business development efforts and securing relationships with vendors. During her time at Capstrat she worked with the North Carolina Economic Developers Association for nearly five years.
Louise is a native of Wilson, and a graduate of North Carolina State University. In her spare time, she helps run the triangle based “50 Group,” and is an active member of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church. Louise is married and is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters. When not in Raleigh, you can find the Warenda family spending as much time as possible down on the North Carolina coast at Atlantic Beach.
