Florida-based Pallet Consultants manufactures wooden pallets, provides pallet recycling, pallet management and logistics services across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, transportation, retail and automotive. The company has six locations in the Southeast.

“My team and I are excited for the opportunities made available by further expanding into the great state of North Carolina and are thankful for its support,” Pallet Consultants Chief Executive Gus Gutierrez said in a statement. “We’ve been servicing clients in the state for some time now, and with this new added facility, we will be able to serve the bustling North Carolina economy with even greater speed and efficiency.”

The average salary for the jobs will be $38,080, higher than Harnett County’s average of $33,061, officials said.

Pallet Consultant qualified for a $100,000 grant from the One North Carolina Fund, which matches local funding to help attract economic investment and create jobs. Companies receive no money upfront and must meet job and investment targets to receive payment.
